everis has created the Industrialization and Digitization Competency Center (CCI&D), for the purpose of industrializing the projects and services offered to clients in the IT areas, using current digital facilitators. With this, everis institutionalizes a reference model of maturity in the delivery of continuous services, supporting the plan of industrialization and digitalization of its clients through its technological platform.
"The Industrialization and Digitization Competency Center is constantly working towards a continuous evolution of the automation, reuse and standardization levels, as we are in an era in which time, quality of delivery and predictability of projects and services are fundamental for all clients areas", said Nelson Wilson Garcinuño, everis IT Solutions and Services (ITS & S) director of Americas . "In addition to working closely with the customer business, with a stable and scalable IT platform, it is possible to deliver differentiation and innovation, improving significantly the time to market of companies. It is to include intelligence and robotization in the software engineering process for delivering IT to the business”, explains Garcinuño..
CCI&D is a regional initiative based in Chile, with professional teams specialized in methods, tools and new technologies in each region, which allows local service in the client´s native language. This is one of the main centers of the everis ecosystem in America and acts as a fundamental support system, as well as a great differential to offer value to customers. It works with the Quality and Testing Competence Center, based in Brazil, with regional structure and knowledge, in the same way as the CCI&D, obtaining all the synergy of the continuous tests developed there.
According to Garcinuño, everis continuously invests to serve customers with excellence and offer a higher level of maturity services. "everis understands that the digital business of these companies needs an industrialized and digitized IT in the coming years, to insert in the digital ecosystem of the organization," he says.
