CEO of NTT DATA EMEAL
Fritz Hoderlein was appointed the CEO of NTT DATA EMEAL(Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America) which was established in September 2021. The new company combines the activities of everis (with a presence mainly in Europe, and Latin America) and NTT DATA EMEA (which operates principally in the UK, Italy, Germany, and Romania) under the same management. Fritz initially joined the company in 1999 and began leading business consulting and technology projects in the Banking, Utilities, and Industry sectors. In 2007 he became Global Managing Partner of the Industry sector. In 2010 he became the Managing Partner of the Barcelona office and in 2014 Managing Director for everis in Spain. From January 2015 to September 2021, he has served as regional CEO of everis in Europe.
Since 2009, Kaz Nishihata has led Global Business of NTT DATA Corporation as Representative Director and Senior Executive Vice President (2017-2018, 2020-), Executive Vice President and Director of the Board (2015-2017), and Senior Vice President, Managing Director (2009-2015). Prior to working for NTT DATA, Kaz Nishihata was Managing Director for NTT Europe and was also appointed President and CEO for NTT Europe Online in July 2006. He was responsible for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for NTT Communications. Kaz Nishihata joined NTT in 1981. In 1999, he was Vice President heading Global Network Department. In 2004, he managed Network Integration & Solutions Department and concurrently served as the head of Global Network Department of the Global Business Division of NTT Communications which operates one of the world’s largest global data networks. Kaz Nishihata holds a master’s degree in electronic physical engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology. He is qualified for the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test, and teaches Japanese to students around the world.
Daniel Fuster holds a bachelor in Telecommunications Engineering by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Spain) and the University of the Aegean (Greece), with over 25 years of experience in IT & Business consulting. He joined everis in 1997 at the Barcelona office and, since 2002, he has successively held the positions of Head of the Banking practices in Mexico, Barcelona, and Italy. Since 2018, Daniel is the CEO of everis Netherlands.
Eduardo Serra has a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid. In 1974 he was first in the promotion to the State Lawyers Corps, Spain's body of todp civil servants. He was Secretary of State for Defense (1984-1987) and Minister of Defense (1996-2000). In the private sector, he has held positions as President of Telettra Spain, Peugeot-Talbot Spain and UBS. In addition, he was the founder of Airtel. He is currently president of the Fundación Transforma España.

He has been recognized with the award for Best European Banker from 1990 to 2000 by the British magazine Retail Banker International and Best Manager of the Year by the Spanish Confederation of Managers and Executives (CEDE). He is currently executive president of the strategic consulting company Economía, Empresa y Estrategia and a member of the Governing Council of the University of Deusto.

Chieri Kimura is a graduate of the University of Tokyo College of Education and joined NTT DATA in 1990. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of NTT DATA with responsibility for North America, EMEA and LATAM. Previously, he was deputy director of global marketing for the company.

He has a doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Sofia and completed his training with the Executive Development Program at the Wharton Graduate School of Management, Pennsylvania. Koji Miyajima joined NTT DATA in 1989 and has served as CEO of NTT DATA AgileNet L.L.C., CEO of NTT DATA International L.L.C., Executive Vice President of Strategy at NTT DATA Services, and Senior Vice President of NTT DATA.

Kei Anzai has a degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo. Since 2017, he has been the CEO of everis and the senior manager of NTT DATA. He has held different roles in finance and accounting, both at NTT and NTT Urban Development and in investor relations at NTT. Anzai has been working in global business development at NTT DATA since 2012.

Patrizio Mapelli is a graduate in physics from the University of Milan and has an executive programme at the Kellogg School of Management. His professional career has been linked to companies such as A.T. Kearney, Ernst & Young and Olivetti. Between 2013 and 2018 he served as President and CEO of NTT DATA EMEA. He currently serves as an independent director of NTT DATA Corporation Group (Japan).
Senior Manager of NTT DATA Corporation
She has a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from the Sloan School of Business (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). She joined NTT DATA in 2000 and has since held various positions within the global business area, the office of the CEO, and operations and administration in Europe and Latin America.
With a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Pilar Zulueta has more than 25 years of international experience in media, entertainment, retail and consumer products. Currently, she is a member of the Advisory Council of the MásMóvil Group, an independent director of Dorna Sports and a member of the Advisory Council of IE University.
Alejandro Ferreiro graduated in Law from the University of Chile and has Master in Art from the University of Notre Dame. In relation to his professional career, he has held various positions of responsibility in the public sector, including Minister of the Economy of Chile. He has been a professor at several universities in Chile and serves as a counselor in a various companies. In addition, he is a senior researcher at CIEPLAN.
With a degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. Mónica de Oriol e Icaza has completed several postgraduate courses in Business Management at Harvard Business School and at the Instituto de Empresa and ESADE. She is an entrepreneur, founder and president of Net4Things, a software company in the IoT fieild, as well as president of the Fundación Vizcaína Aguirre.

He graduated in Law and obtained a master's degree in Corporate Law from the Instituto de Empresa. Gómez Jarillo has experience in advising on corporate transactions and operations, as well as compliance issues. His professional career includes companies such as Accenture and Coopers & Lybrand, where he was part of the Tax & Legal unit.
CEO Europa COO NTTDATA Europa y Latinoamérica
He has a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICADE E3 and an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics. In 2005 he joined everis, where he became director of everis in Catalonia and the Community of Valencia, and head of Banking for the Europe region. He was appointed CEO of everis Europe in 2018.
Miguel Teixeira has a degree in Computer Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico de Lisboa in Portugal and during the last two years, he was CEO of NTT DATA Chile. Previously, he was CEO for six years in Portugal. His career at NTT DATA spans over 20 years, holding various positions in the banking, industrial and public sectors. As of April 2022, Miguel has taken on the role of NTT DATA Americas CEO.
Victor Sierra holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid. He joined everis in 1999, and he has served in several capacities, from Technology Practice Manager to Head of Operations in Chile, to Global Account leader and Chief Information Officer. As CEO and Chairman of everis US, he cultivates the ideals of everis, encouraging employees to commit their entrepreneurship.
