More than 80%  of respondents agree that having a specialized team is crucial in adopting.

The study reveals that more than 40% of the companies surveyed in Latin America have already adopted intelligent ERP solutions to optimize their operations and improve their competitiveness in the market. As such, having a specialized team ensures that the technical and functional capabilities are effectively implemented in the organization.

The leading cultural challenge companies face when implementing an intelligent ERP system lies in the level of commitment from top management, which is essential for the project's success. In addition to management support, aligning the organizational culture with professionals from all areas of the company is vital.
