NTT DATA, a global leader in IT services and digital business, launches its Digital Commerce Hub: a place of innovation and knowledge offering innovative and strategic solutions to help companies deliver remarkable customer experiences, increase conversions and stay ahead of the latest trends in e-commerce. The Hub will operate in seven Latin American countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Mexico.
The evolution of technology and consumer changes have rapidly transformed e-commerce, which results in significant growth potential for Latin America. However, companies need to redefine their objectives in digital business, online shopping, and customer experience to capitalize on these market opportunities.
The Conversion Lab is the first step organizations take within the Digital Commerce Hub: a specialized technology, business, and strategy team will guide organizations through the entire process, from strategy to implementation, including the setting of KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure effectiveness and conversion rate improvements.
The Hub provides solutions in three key areas: Marketing, Operations, and Business Strategy. Marketing focuses on helping companies optimize their online presence through innovative and creative approaches to generate measurable and sustainable results. This includes strategic planning, content development, user experience optimization, digital marketing, or the development of a product or customer retention strategies, among others.
The Operations area offers value propositions to improve business efficiency and increase profitability, including last mile, reverse logistics, warehouse management, and inventory management.
Business Strategies cover end-to-end growth hacking solutions and the development of channels or new business models.
"E-commerce is at the heart of organizations today. Companies are challenged to work more closely with customers, thoroughly understand their expectations and behaviors and deliver the best customer experience," says Douglas Bispo, Director of the Commerce Hub at NTT DATA. "This launch is a milestone for Latin America, and the Hub is a key ally for organizations in the sector to get the most value from this vast wealth of opportunities and start seeing e-commerce as one of the key drivers of development for the region," concludes Bispo.
