NTT DATA has been awarded the Top Employer certification in Latin America, consolidating the company's commitment to talent in the region

  • The IT services company was recognized for operations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico, consolidating its position as one of the best companies to work for in the region.
  • The Top Employers Institute recognized NTT DATA for its hybrid and flexible work environment, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and proposal for career development.
  • The company was also recognized in six other countries and received regional seals for Europe, North America, and Latin America.

NTT DATA, the ninth largest IT services company worldwide, was awarded the Top Employers Institute certification for all its Latin American operations, recognizing it as one of the best companies to work for each of these countries. The company reaffirmed the recognition received in previous years in Brazil and Chile, while Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru were awarded for the first time.

This recognition was awarded following a comprehensive evaluation of human resources practices, including aspects such as the company's culture, talent management strategy, and employee-oriented tools and initiatives.

The Top Employers Institute evaluated NTT DATA's hybrid and flexible work environment to respond to individual needs, the commitment to diversity and inclusion, the alignment of human resources strategy with a business purpose, talent attraction and retention models, and career development initiatives for employees.

The Top Employers Institute has recognized the best practices in human resources for over 30 years worldwide. This year, NTT DATA was also certified in Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Romania, including regional certifications for Europe, North America, and Latin America, positioning the company to achieve the global certification goal by 2024.

"Our 17,000 employees in Latin America are at the heart of our strategy and decision-making," said David Garcia Escamilla, Head of People at NTT DATA Americas. Escamilla emphasizes, "We are committed to continuously promoting well-being in the workplace, creating a diverse and inclusive environment, and encouraging our employees' professional and personal development. We are proud to know that we are on the right track, and, at the same time, we feel the responsibility to continue to deepen and evolve our culture and our talent management model."
